DevonThink: Index your data in DEVONthink

Import and index data is not the same approach to manage your data. But which one you should use?

Indexed data are links to the data within an other location such as NAS or external harddrive or an Usb thumb. If you manage your data on such devices for instance with Hazel or scan software you should consider indexing your data into DEVONthink. Especially when you add, delete or manipulate your data on these devices.
