Do I need an account?

You can order as a guest if you like. However, you will not get the benefit of a customer account, There you can manage your orders, invoices, downloads and memberships.

Registration is required for membership, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy all the benefits described. The store is an independent entity and your data, such as address and telephone number, are not stored in the forum. However, a user name is required so that you can enjoy the benefits of your membership.

As a customer, you are also certified in the form of a "trophy" and a customer status, and you can easily check your order, download invoices and orders and write certified customer reviews.

As a guest, you will receive your download products by e-mail link for downloading.

I recommend to register as a customer.

What payment options are available?

At the moment there is the possibility to pay your order as follows:

  • Paypal
  • Credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay via Stripe
  • via Cloudies (virtual credit from the forum).

Where can I view my order?

You can view your order in your customer account under Orders.

There you can also view the status of your order and arrange payment if necessary.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed automatically if you select the following payment options:

  • Paypal
  • Stripe (GooglePay, ApplePay, Sofort, GiroPay and credit card)
  • Virtual credit (Cloudies)

You can find your downloads in your customer account under Downloads.

If you pay by invoice, this will be activated manually as soon as payment has been received. You will receive an e-mail confirming that payment has been made. From this point on, your downloads and memberships will be available to you.

For individual requests, such as an MP4 file of the videos courses, it can take up to 24 hours for your order to complete and appear in your customer account. You will receive an e-mail informing you about.

Customer ratings

Your opinion is important so that I can improve products and create new ones.

I therefore ask you to write a customer review for the purchased item after your purchase. This also helps other customers to decide whether a product is right for them.

How does the memberships work?

You can view your order and your membership in your customer account:

  • cancel (30 days before the next invoice)

You will be informed by e-mail if your membership is extended or canceled.

How do I arrange a coaching appointment?

Your invoice contains a link to the online booking calendar. Here you can easily book an appointment that suits you. Further to this, I will email you a Zoom-Link for our conversation.

When will I receive my invoice?

You will not find some products and services in the store, as these are very individual and unique or take a long time.

These include, for example

  • Coaching over a longer period of time for Mac, Windows, Linux, DEVONthink, Synology, QNAP, DevonAgent
  • Creating an individual workflow for you privately or in your company, including scripts and programs
  • Security test for private individuals, the self-employed and companies
  • Advice on strengthening IT security
  • Setting up your own cloud with a Synology or QNAP and individual settings, configuration and implementation
