The following conditions apply:

Shipping for downloadable products:

For digital downloadable products (not on a pysical device) there will not be any shipping fee applied.

Downloadable products will be accessible during the checkout, in the customer portal or per email within 24 hours.

Shipping conditions Delivery of membership products:

Once payment has been successfully received, your membership will be automatically activated so that you can make use of your rights, e.g. ad-free, additional forum areas. For services within a membership, please refer to your invoice for the relevant information, e.g. access to remote support and booking an appointment.

- Payment with credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay using Paypal or Stripe.
